Feedback has been positive with a number of different organisation types seeing a large range of benefits. Within the schools’ community, particularly SEN classes, exam officers see SurpassPaper+ as a great time saver for both the setup and invigilation of exams.
The auto-lockdown feature means any school computer can be used without the need for complex configuration. Staff have also been very impressed with the security and resilience it offers, particularly with response autosave. This gives staff and students alike the confidence that work is being correctly backed up and no unauthorised access to spell-checking can be made.
Outside of the secondary education community, there has been a great deal of interest from Further and Higher Education as well as interest from professional awarding organisations. With the potential to publish the resulting candidate responses digitally to other services such as plagiarism checkers and on-screen marking apps, SurpassPaper+ could really enhance all types of secure high–stakes examinations.
