The next release of Surpass includes some fantastic new features to help your organisation with assessment design and delivery.
Tim Burnett and Holly Nicol recently demonstrated some of the key enhancements in a Surpass Community webinar, which was broadcast live from the BTL offices on 22nd January. If you weren’t able to join, you can catch up on the full recording here.
In this short article we summarise some of the key features going into the next release. As always, more comprehensive details can be found on the Surpass Knowledge Base when the release goes live.
If you’re an existing Surpass Community member you can contact your Account Manager for details of how to access this information. If you are not currently a Surpass user, and you are interested in finding out more about these, or any other features, please contact our Business Development team using the form on our contact page: http://www.btl.com/contact-btl
New Task Type
Users can be assigned a list of blank or partially populated items to complete, giving control over the number of items the user creates, with a template for them to work to.
Track Changes in Review Tasks
Task Managers can then accept or reject changes to automatically action them.
Enhancements to Item Search and Lists
Filters also allow you to filter on columns of data, making it easier when dealing with lots of data and items.
Inline Comments
This places a comment on a specific part of the item, rather than being logged against the item as a whole, for a more granular level of feedback.
