The AO-Forum is a regular event in the awarding sector calendar, and has gone from strength to strength since its inception. The value of this event is further reinforced by the partnership between organisers Gordon Associates, and the Federation of Awarding Bodies (FAB), which is happening for the first time.

Like previous events there is an impressive line-up this year, with Ofqual and the Skills Funding Agency presenting a post-election update on reform, and new rules for qualification funding, respectively.

AO-Forum-2014In addition to these timely and contemporary presentations, there will also be plenty of ‘nuts and bolts’ advice for Awarding Organisations, with sales guidance and help developing strategies for validity.

BTL Learning & Assessment will be taking to the stage to co-present the “3 Perspectives of eAssessment” session, speaking alongside Clare Ruiz Palma from CACHE, and Craig Strangwick, an experienced technical consultant from the awarding sector. Of the presentation topic, Clare said:

“CACHE have first-hand experience of migrating e-assessment platforms and the importance of maintaining business processes whilst recognising the need to be flexible and adapt to future market needs. I am really pleased to be invited to speak at the upcoming AO-Forum alongside a high profile line-up. We know Gordon Associates very well and they have been pivotal in our relationship with BTL Learning & Assessment.”
