Project Management
BTL offers a full set of Project Management services; all of our Project Management team are PRINCE2 qualified. Our Project Management approach allows for our customers to utilise as much or as little Project Management resource from BTL as required.

Service Management
BTL is dedicated to providing its customers with continuous and consistently excellent services, regardless of client or size of project, and we believe that the implementation of ITIL© practices will help us to achieve this.
All our senior management and the majority of our project management, software development and IT/Technical support teams are ITIL© qualified.
ITIL© (the IT Infrastructure Library) is the most widely accepted approach to IT service management around the world. ITIL© provides a cohesive set of best practices, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.

Deployment and Trialling
